Helga heads up digital marketing and innovation at MAXIS GBN, including digital strategy and product innovation. This includes leading the MAXIS Data & Digital Innovation Lab, working on new business cases, prototypes and pilots, and exploring Insurtech, apps and digital platforms to deliver new solutions in global employee benefits. Helga is a Chartered Marketer (DipM, MCIM) with over 15 years’ experience in building marketing strategy and digital capability for early-stage and high-growth organisations. Prior to joining MAXIS GBN, she held various marketing and consultancy positions within pensions and financial services. Helga holds two MAs from the University of Lisbon and University of London.
